Long Bánh Mì is a family-run business built on a simple idea: make really good bánh mì and welcome every customer like a regular. We started in Brunswick East, baking our bread fresh and preparing our ingredients with care each day. As we’ve grown into Fitzroy, that same family approach has stayed at the heart of everything we do.
Fresh bread. A family non-negotiable.
There are some things our family won’t compromise on, and fresh bread is one of them. Every roll is baked in-house, every day, with a crisp crust and soft centre. It takes a little more time, but to us, that’s what makes a proper bánh mì.
All the classics & more
Our menu brings together the bánh mì our family knows and loves, from crackling roast pork and char siu to grilled pork, chicken, lamb and beef. There’s tofu and mushroom too, while Fitzroy adds grilled prawn, sous-vide duck breast, scotch fillet, a full vegan range and bagels. Different fillings, with the same care put into every order.
